' KORRECT ' - between right and wrong
About the film
Our short film titled ‘Korrect’ is based on the education system as viewed through the eyes of a mischievous yet creative 6-year-old. On the other hand, are baffled parents who are coming to terms with a new realization. The realization is best explained as ‘an assessment for learning and not an assessment of learning’. Writer and Director Jayesh Dholakia steer 'Korrect' to bring across the beauty of children: that they make adults want to be students again.
Plot
Six-year-old Aliya’s attempt to answer that question becomes the fulcrum of this short film. A chance attendance at a technology presentation made by a friend, the parents stumble upon the latest developments in artificial intelligence. The facts seem to strangely steer towards what little Aliya expressed. What is the way out that Aliya found? Does the system show compassion towards her? ‘Korrect’ answers all this in a lucid narrative that families will love to watch together.
